Suspected bomb recovered in Eastleigh

Bomb experts are examining a metallic device recovered on Eastleigh 11th street, Second avenue, suspected to be an explosive.

Starehe CID boss Kiberenge Seroney said a woman dropped the object which was wrapped in a paper bag after police on patrol ordered her to stop at around 1 am on Tuesday.

The suspect managed to escape.
