Four people were injured in an explosion
Monday (November 25th) that targeted a security vehicle in Kismayo,
Somalia's Hiiraan Online reported.
Security forces suspect al-Shabaab was responsible for the explosion, Kismayo police chief Mohamed Abdi Bule said. He added that several suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident, declining to give a number, according to UN-funded Radio Bar-Kulan.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, two suspected al-Shabaab members were arrested by the Interim Jubba Administration's (IJA) security forces.
IJA official Sheikh Mohammed Qalib said the suspects, who allegedly came from Mombasa, were apprehended at the main port and handed over to Kenyan forces.
