Somali President's delegation members quarantined in Dubai after catches COVID

    Mogadishu (HOL) - Members of the Somali President's delegation to the United Arab Emirates were quarantined in Dubai after being tested positive for Corona Virus.

    President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud tested negative for COVID-19. However, sources close to the presidency said this had delayed the President's trip back to Somalia.

    The communication office for Villa Somalia declined to comment on the matter.

    President Mohamud, who landed in the United Arab Emirates on the 19th of this month following an official invitation from his counterpart, was only supposed to stay in Dubai for two days, but he's now expected to stay longer.
