The disappearance and murder of Ikraan Tahliil Farah, a female cybersecurity expert with the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), has sparked the latest constitutional crisis in Somalia.
Ikran's mother has given several emotional interviews since her daughter was abducted in late June. Her persistence has been pivotal in pressuring lawmakers to act on her family's behalf.
