MOGADISHU (HOL) - A suspected suicide bomb hit an area along Mogadishu-Afgooye road with initial reports indicating Turkish workers constructing the road were targeted.
Sources said there were unconfirmed number of casualties in the Saturday morning attack.
The road construction which started in 2018 and funded by Qatar was halted last year after a car bomb attack killed close to 90 people.Two Turkish workers were among the dead in the December 2019 attack.
