A teacher who shielded non-Muslims during an ambush by Islamist gunmen on a bus traveling from Nairobi to Mandera has died
Mr Salah Farah died on Sunday night at Kenyatta National Hospital, according to his brother Rasheed.
Mr Fatah was the deputy head teacher at the Mandera Township Primary School and was airlifted to Nairobi for specialised treatment following the December attack.
