Uhuru holds talks with Somalia president

Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who is in the country for a three day official visit, Tuesday met and held talks with his host President Uhuru Kenyatta at Sagana State lodge.

During the meeting President Kenyatta and President Mohamud discussed a wide range of issues of mutual interest to the two neighbouring countries.

The Somalia President is accompanied by Somalia’s First lady Mrs. Qamar Ali Omar, Somalia Minister of State Mr. Farah Ali Abdul Qadir and Somalia ambassador to Kenya Mr. Mohammed Noor.

Also present were the First Lady Margaret Kenyatta and Permanent Secretary Thuita Mwangi.
