On behalf of the government of Uganda, the minister of Information and National Guidance, Mary Karooro Okurut has condemned the attacks meted out by the Somali Al-shabab insurgents to the government of Kenya.
This follows the yesterday’s Al-shabab attack on a vehicle carrying exams in Mandera, Kenya where about four people lost their lives.
Ms Karooro Okurut says that the Al-shabab have become a threat to the whole continent.
She asks the Ugandans to be security alert throughout saying that these terrorists may sneak into the country anytime.
