Police in Owatonna are asking for help from the community to find a missing man who suffers from medical conditions that require medication.
Police say Odowa Ali Ahmed was last seen between 10 and 11 a.m. Monday morning.
The 54-year-old is a Somali man, 5'9" tall, weighing 170 pounds with dark colored hair that is graying, with a beard.
Ahmed was last seen wearing a brown, light weight Columbia jacket and sandals.
Police say he is not a fugitive.
