Four Somali-Canadian Youth Disappeared May Be Heading to Somalia

Toronto (HOL) - Four Somali canadian youth have disappeared in the last two weeks according to sources close to the parents of the missing youth. The four youth are said to have been connected to Abu-huraira Center, a somali managed mosque in North York.

Canadian Intelligence Services have visited the mosque on thursday November 12, 2009 according to reliable sources that are close to the mosque and have spoken with the Mosque management and members of the somali community about the missing youth and the investigation is underway.
 
This news comes three weeks after The RCMP commissioner in a speech to an Ottawa conference of security and intelligence experts stated that "The radicalization of Somali Canadian youth could become a potential threat to national security”.

RCMP commissioner alleged that Somali Canadian Youth are potential threat to the National security of Canada.

At this point it is not known if the missing youth have headed to somalia to fight for the insurgents.
