Reports we have received from city of Baidao, the Capital of Bay province say that bodies of two military trainers were found in the outskirts of Manaas Military compound.Reports say that the two military trainers were among four military officers who were seized yesterday from a café near the compound. Their bodies were discovered by camel herders in the area.
The Manaas military compound which is situated about 20km south of of Baidao currently houses soldiers of the TFG of Somalia who are receiving military training on behalf of the TFG of Somalia.
Late in the month of May of this year armed forces took control of the compound although they later withdrew from the compound on their own.
It is also important to note that several areas in the province of Bay have recently seen increase military movements from groups opposed to the TFG of Somalia who from time to time take control of towns and villages in the province.
