By saying or doing some justice doesn't mean America has betterjudicial system. Ask Black Americans or Haitian immigrants or Latino immigrants etc. High lighting on certian case won't help DJ real mess. Only in America can grand jury can indict you without having represenation in their secret boardroom.

Yes, it is positive though judge didn't refute the racial sl*r but the manner was said it.
