You are still trying to distort facts and justify crimes of the warlords.What are the bogus charges, didn't you support the Ethiopian occupation from the start? Didn't you try to defend Ethiopian occupation forces when they were killing thousands of Somali people? Didn't you justify all the atrocities of the TFG warlords? You cannot deny all these things because they are on the record.Please wait for a while, I will post some of your previous comments to proof my point. As you know warlords were in real control of most of Somalia particularly in Mogadishu in the early 1990s, that is why they initiated unnecessary clan warfare and killed thousands of people not only in MOgadishu, Kismayo, Galkacyo and Bosaso. Late 1990 the grip of the warlords loosened and people formed their own Islamic courts to settle clan conflicts, that is when real development started because warlords were unable to stop it in some areas. In places where the grip of the warlords were strong there was less development.IF you see it was warlord Aidid and warlord Ali Mahdi who were behind clan warfare in MOgadishu, now both their deputies are in this TFG Salad Jelle, Mohamed Dhere, Muse Yalahow. Like wise the deputied of Aidid liek Qanyare, Abdiqaybdiid (current police chief of TFG warlords).In Kismayo Ahmed Jess, Hirale, Serar and Morgan who have been waging warrs are all part of this TFG warlords. IN Baidoa, Habsade, Madobe, Shatigudud are all parts of this TFG warlords. IN Bosaso and Garowe, warlords like Hassan Abshir, Abdulahi Yusuf are all part of this TFG warlords. It is both disgraceful and dishonest to on one hand support these warlords who have been responsible for the troubles of Somalia and on the other hand to blame other people. We cannot be fooled by any double talk and we are able to read between the lines.

If it is true that you changed your mind, it is a good thing but I am afraid you have have not done that honestly. I suspect you are being opportunist or may be realist, having seen that TFG warlords failed. As I told you many times I do not support any group or individual but I am 100% against Ethiopian occupation, if you join the resistance today you will have my blessing. I do not necessarily think that all the people who are fighting Ethiopian occupation are fit to govern.I am of the opinion that one the occupation ends, Somali people must be given a chance to choose their own leader.I also believe that people with honesty and integrity must be our leaders.That is why I gave Nur Adde benefit of the doubt , although I knew that he was surrounded by warlords and occupation.

 Sompeace,
Please level with us and desist these bogus charges.  For once answer my questions, please. How was it possible for Mogadishu to develop and arm warlords exponentially compared to the rest of the nation? Mogadishu sought an economic expansion under the leadership of the warlords at the time when the rest of nation was at ruins, therefore did that leadership facilitate the expansion, and the creation of financial huts?  How is it possible for growth to exist in a place run by terrible warlords, and the ordinary people to carry on their daily business, apart being shut by a common thug not affiliated with the warlords?  Wasn’t the money earned from Isbaro distributed back to the clans of the warlords-Robin Hood factor?
Sompeace,
The beloved warlords who have facilitated many illegal enterprises are now the scapegoats of an era that has created wealth and sustenance for many. This happened after the warlords committed in establishing (only to be forced by the world) peace and governance that seemed to end the good times in our capital, and of course, this is the demise of their admiration which resulted the former supporters to support the current group who seems to promise more mayhem to come in hopes of maintaining the old habits.
    shanta @ 8/3/2008 7:24 AM EST
 Sompeace,
If you will criticize my comments, at least have the decency of responding the facts I have laid in front of you on numerous occasions, which you have avoided them completely. I can criticize Abdullahi and still be called clannist! I’m yet to see you criticize any of your comrades in arms in here, other than justify their tactics under the disguise of freedom fighters of the day.
    somalipeace10 @ 8/3/2008 7:21 AM EST
 Let us state several facts before we are carried away by the infighting of the TFG warlords. Ethiopia illegally invaded Somalia and sabotaged the peace and stability that was prevailing in all south central Somalia.Ethiopia and its surrogate TFG warlords killed more than 7000 Somali civilians from 2007 and displaced more than million other civilians.Ethiopian occupation either looted or destroyed more than 9 sophisticated health clinics in Mogadishu and 13 Universities/higher education institutions. Ethiopia formed TFG warlords and tried to impose on Somalia for its own benefit.In the words of one of the ministers who resigned yesterday "Ethiopia is safeguarding its own interest in Mogadsihu".That interest is to prevent peace and stability take hold in Somalia. So let us not distracted by the infighting of the TFG warlords and let us concentrate on re-liberating our country. Nur Husen tried to talk peace while the aim that this TFG warlords was formed was to prevent peace in Somalia.We all remember that this failed warlord adventure started when  Ethiopia sumoned all the warlords to come to Hawasa to sabotage TNG from establishing its authority.

 Nomadic, Thank you.
A wise man changes his mind, a fool never! But the proponents of hidden agenda whose main goal is to see Somalia destroyed at any cost, and believe it will deliver the hard fought liberation for the Western Front at the expense of the mainland are simply wrong.  They ought to know this is not Afghanistan for Ethiopia, and the demise of Ethiopia will not be in Somalia. If Eritrea has invaded Somalia, I bet some would have supported Abdullahi for tribal reasons other than the obvious reason of the old say the friend of my enemy is my enemy. Abdullahi represents the mind set of the majority of Somalia who have failed to be flexible, arrogant, and most of all divisive in nature. What I support is a national government and not the undesirable personalities that fill up the rank/file of the said government. Abdullahi/Mo.Dheere are every where in Somalia, look at Aweys/Indhacade.
    somalipeace10 @ 8/3/2008 6:53 AM EST
 Nomadic1, brother I think you are wrong on this one about Shanta. He is one of the vervent chearleaders of the occupation and clan loyalist.No one can deny he is bit more rational than other occupation chearleaders. The yardstick I am using is that he wholeheartedly supported Ethiopian occupation when they were shelling Somali civilians and displacing hundreds of thousands.He also supported the crimes of the warlords in every instance trying to justfy Ethiopian occupation and their atrocities. Now he and many others see the end of TFG warlord entity he ma be trying to sound like someone who cares about Somalia. I am now sifting through his comments and I will post some comments of his to show that he is occupation apologist,chearleader nd clan loyalist.
    nomadic1 @ 8/3/2008 4:43 AM EST
 Adam jama and Dr Ali

You should applaud Shanta’s honesty and the way he based his views in the reality on the ground rather than defending himself by sticking with his previous stance.  I don’t think he is a blind cheerleader; he had his reservations against UIC because of their naivety, political immaturity and for filling their ranks with suspect individuals like Indhacade. He supported the TFG not because of love but as a stepping stone to pave the way for future elections. Unlike many people here, I don’t think he is happy with the Ethiopian presence either. I believe we should be objective and be open minded rather than trying to score points and defend each one’s corner like the men on the ground.

 Shanta I give you credit for your stand though my reading of this whole saga tilt into different setting. This fake Prime Minister didn’t grow up from VIA Roma Shaneema Talk. I said when he was replaced by Amhara camel (Ali Geeddi) the guy thinks running colonial affairs in Somalia is like running Red Cross cooking book at donor meeting

This whole saga shows the following:

1) The delusional dream of Abyssinian lovers in the middle of occupation;
2) The total collapse of  any governance since ICU was removed from Mogadishu;
3) Abyssinian rejection of having Somalia any form of government;
4) Fake PM deceptive nature of thinking he can remove colonial babies by simple degree;
5) Rise of tribal fervor over any differences among them;
6) Amhara lover cherish of such invested occupation and tribalism;
7) Complete lack of roles, responsibilities and accountably inside Abyssinian puppets ministerial/department supordinates;
8) Financial warlordism or shall I say Enronism among Abyssinian lovers;
9) Staging or shall I say brewing the next fight of appointing fake cabinets as its Somali national interest;
10) With the Abyssinian blessing, Amhara lover developed culture of replacing fake Prime Minister quarterly with another one. Of course from same clan;
11) Utter failure of  Warlord Nur Cadde  to grasp Amhara lover desire of total take away in his nest;
12) Failure of Somali Diaspora of baiting on loser horse (Nur Cadde)
13) Playing tribal card in fake Cabinet as tool of chasing more perks than interest of Somalia
14) Somali islamist far reaching reading of Abyssinian mentality

Etc …………….

Brother Adam Jama well said. Keep up the good work.

Khalli almasiiratu tastamirru wal kilaabu ya’kulu bacdhuhum calaa bacdh.

Islamic Extremists Kill Somali Christian as Fifth Believer Martyred in Somalia in the Last Nine Months

By Michael Ireland
Chief Correspondent, ASSIST News Service

SOMALIA ANS — Islamic extremists shot and killed a Muslim convert to Christianity on July 10, 2008 in Afgyoye, a town 18 miles away from Mogadishu, Somalias capital. The victims name was Sayid Ali Sheik Luqman Hussein, and he was 28 years old.

ICC International Christian Concern www.persecution.org says that on Tuesday, July 8, two Muslim men approached Mr. Hussein and asked him if he faces Mecca when he prays Mohammed instructed his followers to face the city of Mecca when they pray. Hussein told them that as a Christian, he does not have to face a specific direction to pray because God is omnipresent.

The two Muslim men returned on July 10th armed with an AK-47 assault rifle and a semi-automatic handgun and shot Hussein to death.

ICC says Husseins wife went into premature labor and delivered a stillborn baby upon hearing of her husbands murder.

According to ICC, Hussein came to Christ from Islam in 2004. He grew in his faith and started to evangelize in the community in which he was working as a teacher. Husseins pastor described him as the most effective evangelist in his area. One of Husseins students described him as the godliest man he has ever met.

Recently, Islamic extremists have intensified their attacks against Christians in Somalia. In the past nine months alone, five Christians, including Hussein, have been martyred for their faith. The other four martyrs are: David Abdulwahab Mohamed Ali, Daud Ali, Mohamed Yusuf and Hassan Moalim.

ICCs regional manger for Africa, Jonathan Racho, stated, “Somali Christians are paying the ultimate price for their faith in Jesus Christ. Despite the spike in persecution they face, they have chosen to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ to the point of death. Christians should continue to pray and support their brothers and sisters in Somalia.”

To learn more about the needs of Somali Christians and how you can help them, please contact ICC.

ICC is a Washington-DC based human rights organization that exists to help persecuted Christians worldwide. ICC delivers humanitarian aid, trains and supports persecuted pastors, raises awareness in the US regarding the problem of persecution, and is an advocate for the persecuted on Capitol Hill and the State Department.

 Nur has always been spearheading the reconciliatory efforts that the president always opposed. This Morian doesn't want us to have any peace in Somalia especially South Central. The resigned ministers are gluttonous fools who always wanted to capital on their posts to loot public property and inflame the insecurity to stay in power. We should watch and bystand another crumbling dream of optimism for the Somali citizens. Its the High time this president is to put his feet on the ground and accept the fact that Somalia is tired of conflicts, divisions and clannish segregations.

 All the chearleaders are nervous nowadays not that they worry about the nation's wellfare but the 30 year old scheme of Abdullahi inheriting Siyad Barre's seat & enjoying it with the family is evaporating right infront of their eyes, how pittifull indeed. All this time the chearleaders were calling us every name in the book(ONLF, Isaaq, Hawiye, Al-Haram, etc) for simply telling the truth that Abdullahi is a traitor whose intentions has nothing to do with Somalia's well being because you couldn't possibly have Somali interest at heart & at the same time get in bed with Ethiopia. Finally, some of the unwavering chearleaders are waking up & seeing the light. Kudos to you for writing "If TFG ought to accomplish something, my advice would be to Impeach Abdullahi at least that would be the honorable thing to do given their record". For that you will have my vote to replace the lady who quit "Kadija Mohamed Dirie, Minister of Women and Family services". With this portfolio, you can help the 2.5 Million civilians mainly women & children suffering at the outskirts of Mogadishu & you can prohibit any raping of the poor women & girls by war lord foot soldiers & Ethiopian rag-tag millitias. Good luck...
    shanta @ 8/2/2008 9:32 PM EST
 It was well calculated maneuver on taking the Big Man of TFG! On a single move Nur Adde exposed Abdullahi’s flawed leadership and his micro-management style that prohibits an alternative development plan to rescue what is left of this nation at the moment. Not only did he expose that Abdullahi cherishes loyalty over nation, bad governance over good governance, and reluctantly being at odds with anyone who gives an advice on winning the peace. If TFG ought to accomplish something, my advice would be to Impeach Abdullahi at least that would be the honorable thing to do given their record.

 Haven't we see this already, is this Dejavu. The old dog in Villa Somalia is up to his old trick. Next the parliament is going to be split and same Gedi Saga will return.
    nomadic1 @ 8/2/2008 9:14 PM EST
 Mr Nuur Adde, you are a decent man and your only down side is nothing to do with you but the integrety, decency and competency for not only your boss but also your subordinates. Part of me wishes you to succeed but another part of me also wishes you to fail to edge the TFG closer to their grave. The best you could for us is if you resign so that Mr Yusuf can appoint an PM from your family in the shape and form of Maxamed Dheere of all people. The reason being that he alone knows how to deal with Mr yusuf.
    @ 8/2/2008 8:55 PM EST
 The TFG was designed to be incapable to bring peace or any kind of progress because that is where our enemies want us to be, in chaos.  The idea is, the more chaos your enemy is in, the more security and progress you'll achieve (an old political technique.)   And for that, If a key player gets threatened, one phone call from Addis can bail him out. As you can see, these unpatriotic ministries resigned temporarily to justify the situation and as soon this issue is over, they'll report for duty and continue their mission for exchange of few hundred dollars.
    simbe @ 8/2/2008 7:24 PM EST
 Thats true, you should not have a Plans to Resign mr Nuurr Cadde, not create instabilly in country.
