Hargeisa (HOL) - Somaliland police detained a teenager on Thursday morning in connection with a fatal stabbing in Hargeisa.
"Following thorough investigations by the police, particularly from the eastern region, and with support from Mohamed Mooge district residents, the suspect was apprehended early this morning," the police stated.
The case is currently under the supervision of the Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D.), which will forward its findings to the Somaliland judiciary.
Details regarding the motive for the murder have not been released.
