TFG delegation led by deputy prime minister and defence Minister Hussien Arab visited Badioa.
Badioa was one of the strong holds of Alshabaab before the Ethiopians and TFG forces captured the city a week earlier.
Some reports say Alshabaab fighters fired gun shots at the two planes carrying the TFG delegation near Mogadishu but no one was wounded at the incident.
After they safely landed in Badioa, they had talks with the commanders of the TFG and Ethiopian forces in the town which was mainly discussed the volatile security of Badioa and nearby areas.
Among the delegation were Somali minister of health Abdi’aziz Shiekh Yusuf , Chief commander of armed forces General Abdukadir Shiekh Ali and other army commanders.
This is the first time visit that transitional federal government sends a high level delegation to Badioa, since it was liberated from Alshabab.
