What do SL and PL have that make them a democracy?   So many baseless sheeko xariir have been thrown at here.  Collecting bunch of boys that nobody elected and then designated them as a 'parliament', is that a democracy as it is in the case in PL or asking people to vote because 'recognition' is on the horizon as it is the case in SL and when they voted declaring that 97% voted for one guy and the other guy got 3%, is that a democracy.  C'mon guys - you are really insulting people's intelligence. The only thing that makes these two regions 'stable' is that they are both subservient to Ethios.  Neither one of these entities can make a move that displeases Melez.    At least, South and Central Somalia, Somalis chose to have their heads up instead of bowing to Ethios.
