The 24 ambassadors appointed, more than 15 are from Abdulahi Yusuf's sub-clan, if the appointment was based on the so-called 4.5, Abdulahi's sub-clan cannot get more than 1 ambassador. This ailing old man is clan chief and Somali people from different clans must reject him. If he is president of a country, you would find different Somalis in his office.
